How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each item is custom-made, please allow 2-4 business days for production. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our products are personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure payments via PayPal and Afterpay.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
