Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dinkleboo account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
